This PDF is an embedded searchable PDF version of a spreadsheet listing approximately 600 Alphas who have been members of Gamma Tau, Kappa Delta Lambda, or Zeta Delta chapters since 1948. It also may list Alphas who were initiated elsewhere but who did matriculate at Michigan State University during that time frame.

There are of course numerous "duplicates" and many of the Brothers may have transitioned to "Omega Chapter."

Please report any errors you note, any Brothers who were at MSU, GT, ZD, or KDL you may know of who are not already listed on the spreadsheet, or update statuses such as a Brother you know is deceased.

IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE 2022 MSU HOMECOMING, WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU AND GET TO KNOW YOU AT AN ALPHA REUNION OF FORMER MSU BROTHERS OF GAMMA TAU , KAPPA DELTA LAMBDA ALUMNI , AND ZETA DELTA CHAPTERS OF ALPHA PHI ALPHA AT MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY!!

Attached to download on this page are listings of SOME of the men of Alpha who have matriculated at MSU and/or been affiliated with Gamma Tau, Kappa Delta Lambda, and/or Zeta Delta chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha serving the Greater Lansing, Michigan area since 1948. These listings (obtained from the national Fraternity Directory Database and other sources) are sorely in need of updating. Can you help us with that? Brothers from Gamma Tau Chapter and Zeta Delta Chapter at Michigan State University are also planning to hold concurrent events for the reunion of the Brothers who pledged at those chapters at MSU going back all the way to 1948!

The planners of that weekend are seeking photos, memorabilia, and information to be included in a Kiosk presentation at Such pictures and information will be collected here beginning in the near future. A side program booklet in PDF format for the KDL, GT, and ZD reunion brochure will incorporate those pictures as well as comments from Brothers about their recollections of their memories in Alpha, their own careers since initiation, and information and comments about their Sphinx line brothers who may or may not still be with us.
